I received my scooter and I am super impressed the quality of it is very good, the speed is excellent, and it’s a very durable scooter. The customer service was very excellent and helpful to all my questions. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

Already at 700 miles, its an amazing scooter, gets u places and alot stop to ask because of interest in getting one as well, i love it!

I have had the S9 Max for over 3 years , I would not hesitate to buy the older sister the S10max , it has become my favorite is something I recommend , it fills all the prospects excellent scooter recommended .

I first bought the S5 two years ago and upgraded to the S10 last year. What a difference. Totally worth the extra money. My S10 was stolen last fall (thief cut the cable lock) and I decided to replace with the identical model. I was pleasantly surprised that Isinwheel offered me a discount due to the circumstance. They also provided me with a new u-lock.

So I must say that the service department is beyond what one can reasonably expect. Thanks again very much for all the help.

I live in Calgary and due to the weather have not ridden it yet. I am giving it 5 stars as it appears to be well made and not just a bunch of parts put together like many other scooters. It is well designed and the finishing is great. For a 1000 watt scooter with full suspension and disk brakes it is a very good price. I like the app as well.

I realy like the scooter, it reach my expectation and works as well as described on the web site. Stongly recommended for anyone looking for a good scooter or good place online to order a real good one. And I realy like how the customer support team take good care of my case when I got some issue at the beginning because my order was taking time, they quickly answer my email, call me and solve the issue.
