14 Days No Reason Returns
If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. For all eligible returns, item(s) must be unused and undamaged and labels and tags must remain intact and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the item may not be eligible for return.
We can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. Once we’ve received the returned item, we will then process your total refund, excluding return shipping costs(C$60), to your original method of payment. Please note that all refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Cancellation:
Customer can only request an order cancellation if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days. you may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. once the item is shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
Exchange:
Only 30 days allowed replacement:
1.Undamaged / unused iSinwheel products: within 30 days from the date of purchase, the products are allowed to be replaced without bearing the freight and additional handling charges.
2.Products with quality problems: within 30 days from the date of purchase, refund terms, quality problems accept full refund, including freight and partial refund, no handling charge.
3.The replacement will be performed immediately on the second business day after receiving the package returned by the customer.
Refund:
1.For non-defective products/no-longer needed products
(1)Within 30 days:Up to 20% restocking fee will be applied for all opened merchandise upon successful return.
(2)Over 30 days:The refund would be 30%-80%, it depends on the actual problem and situation. shipping fee can not be refunded.
2.For defective products
(1)Within 30 days:We refund the full amount within 30 days.
(2)Over 30 days:The refund would be 30%-80%, it depends on the actual problem and situation.
3.Return rma validity 30 days (from the date the rma was created)
A Return merchandise authorization (rma) must be requested from isinwheel within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment.

To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at support@isinwheel.com stating your reason for return and attach images/video of the product, provide your order number. Once your request is approved. you can return the item to our Canada warehouse and may request the tracking numbers of your item(s).
Note:
1.Refund terms quality issues accept full refund & partial refund.
2.Damaged or missing accessories free to send corresponding accessories or accept a partial refund.
3.About refund difference price .
(1)Partial refund of the difference price within 30 days.
(2)Not acceptable over 30 days.
4.The customer provides the wrong delivery address or The customer refuses to accept the package due to non-quality issues or does not want the package .The customer needs to pay an extra C$60 for resend.
5.For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
(1)Paypal account refunds: up to 48 hours.
(2)Credit card refunds: between 7-14 business days.
(3)Express shipping cost is non-refundable.
(4)We don't refund after your order has shipped out.
*All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
6.We do not accept returns or refunds for any purchased accessories unless there is a quality issue or an error on our part regarding shipping or fulfillment.
Please contact us through our email address(support@isinwheel.com) before returning or exchanging the product, explaining your problem and providing pictures corresponding to the product. If you do not inform us in advance, we have the right to refuse a refund.Our service hours are 8AM-4PM (PDT) and will reply you within 24 hours.
