Firstly this is an amazing E-bike, which always helps me to make my commute within no time. Very strudy and light weight ebike which can easily clock 20kmph! Secondly, i wanted to talk about an agent named Jeni from Isinwheel customer service. There was a small issue with my bike and within no time she responded with grace and provided me the replacements items shipped without any additional cost to my home. By this act of kindness you guys made me feel very special and privileged as a customer! The bike is amazing and for the price it does all the justice! Once again thanks alot Jeni and Isinwheel! I am extremely satisfied with this bike. It’s easy to use, it’s comfortable and adjustable, it’s powerful enough, it’s easy to fold and carry up two flights of stairs to my appartment… customer service was absolutely on top of any problem I had.

Bought this bike for our college freshman football player- he’s 6’3 and even though the bike is compact it fits him well and easy to ride. Super easy to put together, shipping packaging was very good. Seems like it has lots of power, even though it doesn’t have any gears, works well up hill. We have rad power e-bikes also, At the price, the bike rivals more expensive bikes like rad power. It’s compact and folds up and will fit in a dorm room. Great product!!
