Unit arrived in a couple of days. Couriered to my door in a sturdy box and it had no damage. I had the bike unpacked and the tires pumped up in about 10 minutes and the battery charging. Then I grabbed the manual and had lunch. Easy to understand instructions and illustration. Battery was charged and I set off to try it's functions. Everything worked as expected ,looks sharp and is fun to drive at a great price. A great addition to our rving toys.

This is the second E-bike I've ever bought and love it. Had some issues and technical support was very helpful with troubleshooting process. Would recommend 10/10 company and bike.

This is my first ebike and I'm so happy with my choice of the Isinwheel U5 bike. It feels sturdy, is easy to ride and looks so cool!

Fantastic bike.Very happy I bought it.

The bikes arrived in a couple days after ordering, and were very nicely packaged. Assembly of a few basic components was pretty straightforward. Everything seems to be of good quality and well designed. We were only able to take a short ride on them due to the weather, however in that short time we did get a good feel for the ride. They rode well and the power was perfect. Definitely meeting our expectations. We did have a minor issue with one bike, however Isinwheel support was VERY quick to respond, and promptly sent a replacement component. Awesome service!! Very happy so far and can't wait for the snow to melt so we can ride them. We plan on taking them on camping trips, and the folding option will come in handy for transporting.
