I love the speed and range (have not fully tested the range yet). I like that I can fold in and throw it in the back of my Chevy Spark and go somewhere! The instructions and videos where not for my version of accessories so was some time figuring out how to put it together. Also the free bike lock is very flimsy I would it trust it for long periods away.

Grandkids love the bikes. Plenty of power to ride the trails with us. Great bikes for the price.

Got the bike in 5 days after the order. Company responded every question before and after purchase, bike works great.
My only problem was - they have several dealers in GTA, but none of them carry the bike in stock, so you can’t come and try it. Other than that everything is great.

I recently purchased two ebikes from Isinwheel. The U5 500 watt folding bike for my wife as well as the M10 Plus for myself & was very impressed with the build quality. Not much assembly & all the right tools necessary to complete the assembly are supplied. Instructions are fairly well written & we have gotten a couple tides in testing them out & have worked great!

I have been using my isinwheel u5 ebike for 9 months and am very satisfied with it. I use it for commuting to school, shopping, and visiting parks and trails within approximately 7 miles of my home. The bike is lightweight, easy to fold, and fits into the trunk of any car.

I’ve ridden the bike for over 1,000 miles, and the brakes are still working well. I only needed to adjust the brakes once or twice, which was quick and easy—taking just 1–2 minutes—without needing to replace the brake discs. The original tires are still in use. I had a flat rear tire once, which was quickly repaired by a local bike shop.

The bike reaches 20 mph speed, which is enough for my needs. The lights are very bright, making night rides much safer. It also offers various configuration options. I enjoy the auto cruise mode. You can easily mount a phone holder and use google maps for navigation.

The charger is lightweight compared to some other ebike chargers. The seat and the front set can be adjusted for a wide range of riders' heights.

The customer service are helpful and will respond your emails within 24 hours.

Overall, the bike has made my life easy and enjoyable and hope to see even more improvements in future versions.

Solid built.takes little time & efforts to assemble, but nit hard. I use it to bike to work about 6 km each way instead of driving. Its comfortable. Battery power & Range is good. I would've definitely bought an extra battery, had it not been almost the half the price of a bike itself ($300).

For a more affordable e-bike, it does the job and the fat tires help cover the absence of suspension shocks for the bike. Really enjoying the commute passing through heavy traffic!
