Purchased 2 bikes online Monday evening and they were on my doorstep by Wednesday evening!
Great looking bikes and a great price for 2 bikes!
Very easy to assemble.
More robust and sturdy than I had anticipated.
My wife and I have been out on them and really enjoyed ourselves.
20 miles per hour using just the battery! 😉
Very nice to have a power assist when going up long inclines or hills.

We bought 2 Issinwheel e-bikes last fall and didn’t have much time to try them out before it got cold out. We finally were able to take them on their maiden trip when we RV’d out to Western Canada and really try them out. We are loving them and have already put 83 km on this trip. We love how easy they are to ride and operate. They are comfortable to ride and the battery lasts so you can use and take long rides. You can’t go wrong with the Shimano gear shift system. Hubby read lots of reviews before purchasing our bikes and we were not disappointed with our choice. We had a few small issues with our bikes when they first arrived but the customer service support was awesome, friendly and rectified the issues right away. They are speedy to reply and help you with any questions or issues.

We have been looking at ebikes for quite some time, and even purchased and returned 4 from another company. Extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of this bike, amazing price point ,and beyond 5 star customer service from the staff. We have purchased 3 of the U2, and 2 of the U7. The girls seem to like the U2, while the big men in our family chose the U7. Each bike took less than an hour to assemble - very straightforward, and all tools are supplied. In over 40 years of import/export business myself, this product and company more than lives up to expectations.

This is my second Isinwheel in less than one year as of March 2025. The other one was a M10 in May 2024. Since I use a back milk cart, I found it hard to mount the bike, so I switch for a female U2 model. The design is impressive and the included features hard to beat. I use it for urban travel mainly. Alors j'ai opté pour un modèle U2 pour femme. Son design est impressionnant et ses fonctionnalités sont imbattables. Je l'utilise principalement pour mes déplacements urbains. Je l'adore !

I was thinking about getting an ebike for months and when I finally chose this one I did not regret my choice. I'm just under 5'2" and this U2 is the perfect fit for me.

I've been through some health issues and am pushing 60 yrs and I wanted something I could pick up in the event I dropped it. Of course, on my first ride out, I did tumble but I was indeed able to pick this ebike back up, without any trouble!

Gorgeous bike, well built, nice shifting, smooth and comfortable ride, the motor kicks in when I want it to and at the right amount of power I want as I still enjoy peddling, but having the help goes a long way to make bicycling once again enjoyable for me. Especially with hills or when I get tired. Terrific battery life, it barely needs charging when I've come back from my rides.

And I have to mention that Customer Service is wonderful. Using the online email feature I have always gotten a response to any questions I had before and after I placed my order, as I had one minor issue to do with part of my order that they looked after straight away.

If you're having difficulty choosing an ebike I can honestly say you can't go wrong with this Isinwheel U2 ebike!

I'm 83 years of age, and I bought this bike in late January, mostly to use with my RV. Because of our climate, I didn't get to use it until May. It turned out to be perfect for me, easy to ride, comfortable, with more than adequate range. Unfortunately I only got to use it for a few months until some *#@** broke into my storage shed and stole it. Oh well, at least I still have the battery.

Wonderful bike! I had an issue with the seat and had to contact the company. They responded quite quickly and sent me the replacement pieces. Great customer service! I love my bike! It’s perfect for my injured knees. The horn is quite obnoxious but it makes me laugh.

I was surprised with how good this bike is. Battery lasts more than I need, top speed of 32km/h is perfect for relaxed city commute, front and rear lights connected to the main battery is a must for safety. I use this bike to commute to work about 10km one way, it uses 1/5 of the battery one way and I charge it right in the office before commuting back. Traveling to work is employers expense now lol

Was very easy to put together, took about 45 mins. Took it out for a little spin. Absolutely love it.
