For as cheap as this bike is it’s interesting to realize the features they’ve packed into this ride. It has all the features I need to feel safe on the road expect a mirror which I’ve added. (I haven’t seen a bike with a mirror included). Less expensive rides don’t have some of these vital features.

Includes: Headlight, taillight/brake light, Rear rack, Fenders (Plastic), Reflectors front, rear and on the spokes, Disk Brakes Featuring Power Shut Off, Half Twist Throttle, Cruise Control (I know), Speed limit per Power Assist Level (Aids With Power Consumption), Chain Guard (When was the last time you saw a chain guard), Soft Comfortable Seat with Matching Hand Grips, 7 Speed Shimano, Minimalist and Intuitive Controls on the clean and easy to read Display, Integrated Battery, Drop Forged Brake Handles (Solid Mold), Front Shocks, Kick Stand.

Here is where the cost savings come into play: I Will Replace My Bell, The Seat Clamp Has To Be Overtightened to Hold the Seat Firmly, Plastic Pedals, Fenders and Chain Guard, Small Battery Capacity (I’ve ridden over 40 kms but don’t trust it to take me much further and that is while pedalling).

I’ve ridden this bike for one month. 402 Kms on mostly paved roads and city park trails. Some groomed, gravel trails and on country roads. It is better for me on the city trails and paved roads. It’s okay on gravel but I have to go slower to maintain the kind of control I want.

I mentioned Some parts are plastic including pedals. That is purely how we save costs. The pedals are very solid with reflectors.

There are ways to make things cheaper and this little bike uses them. I have not run into any problems with the bike so far.

HOWEVER: I would like to purchase a spare battery for longer trips. Isinwheel is out of stock and could not even provide me with a price. There was no timeline when there will be stock available. Just couldn’t help me until there is stock. That seems less than okay. How much is a battery? Should be fairly simple readily available bit of information.

THE APP: Well . . . The app makes tons of claims most of which do not work on my bike. What do I like about it? You can ‘lock’ the bike from your phone meaning you can’t operate the electric part of the bike. The pain in the ass is you have to Unlock it every time after it shuts off. I may try to Cancel that feature.

It claims and indicates it will trace your trip on a map you can access. Simply does not work. Never tracked my ride. Once time it showed some ridiculous path that I couldn’t have followed showing a straight riding line over houses and buildings. I no longer bother trying to figure it out preferring to ride not cypher.

It’s the lightest ebike I’ve owned. Not as powerful as any of my other bikes but it goes the same speed topping out at 32 km/h. It is quicker with plenty of torque off the line than I expected. Very smooth Shimano Shifter. I was pleasantly surprised there as well.

A good instruction video made assembly simple.

Overall: What an intuitive, inexpensive, comfortable, smooth, fast and even powerful bike the UCITY S is. I’m favourably impressed with the cost savings like solid plastic pedals and intuitive dashboard controls. They’ve packed a lot of ebike into an economy ride. I still chuckle about ‘Cruise Control’ on my bike. I hardly use it but once in a while I just want to feel the wind in my face.

I just about spent more money for more power and still might one day but this year, this is my ride. If you’re watching your budget as tightly as I am at the moment I feel good recommending the Isinwheel UCity S. It’s a friendly looking white step-through with surprising torque when the motor calls for power. I’m happy riding it. It’s a good bike . . . a good ride.

I absolutely Love the E-Bike ,I am New to the E-Bike world ,I was researching my options when I came across isinwheel Compnay they had a lot of reviews to go from and which made my choice very easy. The Bike , UCitys Electric Cruiser Bike arrived within a week of ordering and it took my husband and I about 45 minutes to put it together,only thing I wasn’t happy with was that I was to get a White Back Rack and they sent a Black one , I have reached out 2xs along with a picture and as of yet I have had no one reach out to me in regards to this matter .
Over all this is an Excellent E-Bike which I have recommended to multiple people.

We bought 2 Issinwheel e-bikes last fall and didn’t have much time to try them out before it got cold out. We finally were able to take them on their maiden trip when we RV’d out to Western Canada and really try them out. We are loving them and have already put 83 km on this trip. We love how easy they are to ride and operate. They are comfortable to ride and the battery lasts so you can use and take long rides. You can’t go wrong with the Shimano gear shift system. Hubby read lots of reviews before purchasing our bikes and we were not disappointed with our choice. We had a few small issues with our bikes when they first arrived but the customer service support was awesome, friendly and rectified the issues right away. They are speedy to reply and help you with any questions or issues.

We have been looking at ebikes for quite some time, and even purchased and returned 4 from another company. Extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of this bike, amazing price point ,and beyond 5 star customer service from the staff. We have purchased 3 of the U2, and 2 of the U7. The girls seem to like the U2, while the big men in our family chose the U7. Each bike took less than an hour to assemble - very straightforward, and all tools are supplied. In over 40 years of import/export business myself, this product and company more than lives up to expectations.

This is my second Isinwheel in less than one year as of March 2025. The other one was a M10 in May 2024. Since I use a back milk cart, I found it hard to mount the bike, so I switch for a female U2 model. The design is impressive and the included features hard to beat. I use it for urban travel mainly. Alors j'ai opté pour un modèle U2 pour femme. Son design est impressionnant et ses fonctionnalités sont imbattables. Je l'utilise principalement pour mes déplacements urbains. Je l'adore !

I was thinking about getting an ebike for months and when I finally chose this one I did not regret my choice. I'm just under 5'2" and this U2 is the perfect fit for me.

I've been through some health issues and am pushing 60 yrs and I wanted something I could pick up in the event I dropped it. Of course, on my first ride out, I did tumble but I was indeed able to pick this ebike back up, without any trouble!

Gorgeous bike, well built, nice shifting, smooth and comfortable ride, the motor kicks in when I want it to and at the right amount of power I want as I still enjoy peddling, but having the help goes a long way to make bicycling once again enjoyable for me. Especially with hills or when I get tired. Terrific battery life, it barely needs charging when I've come back from my rides.

And I have to mention that Customer Service is wonderful. Using the online email feature I have always gotten a response to any questions I had before and after I placed my order, as I had one minor issue to do with part of my order that they looked after straight away.

If you're having difficulty choosing an ebike I can honestly say you can't go wrong with this Isinwheel U2 ebike!
