Really the best bike ever...it feels like a ride a big bike...never had regrets purchasing this bike..dont mind the price..its a good deal...

It’s very sturdy, easy to put together; adjustable…I moved the seat back, put the handlebars high and forward.
First run, worked great; very stable.
I scratched my head for awhile over it not working until I realized you have to put the key in and turn it. That’s actually a plus for theft deterrent, but the instructions didn’t mention that and my first e-bike didn’t have that feature.
I modified these two baskets that were part of a curbside recycling day and zip-tied them securely to the racks for carrying camera equipment.
I’m excited to get it to the lake for the trails up there.

Easy to put together and very well made. Customer service is great if needed. Ordered a second bike for my wife which is to be delivered today. Looking forward to many memories on the bike trail. I give this bike 5 stars.

I've been riding the bike as a daily commuter for just over a week. The build quality of the bike and components feels good. The instructions didn't line up exactly with what's in the box (the kickstand came already installed, as did the handlebar & stem assembly). The motor is plenty powerful to haul me (180 lbs) up a pretty steep trail without difficulty. I wish the twist throttle was actually analog, instead of just "on/off". You control the speed via the e-assist setting (level 1 tops out at something like 9 km/h, all the way up to level 5 at 32 km/h, IIRC). It would be better if a little twist gave you a little throttle... you know... like all other throttles. But that's a minor thing to get over. For an ebike that's just about half the price of so many others, it seems great so far.
