We finally were able to take them on their maiden trip when we RV’d out to Western Canada and really try them out. We are loving them and have already put 83 km on this trip. We love how easy they are to ride and operate. They are comfortable to ride and the battery lasts so you can use and take long rides. You can’t go wrong with the Shimano gear shift system. Hubby read lots of reviews before purchasing our bikes and we were not disappointed with our choice. We had a few small issues with our bikes when they first arrived but the customer service support was awesome, friendly and rectified the issues right away. They are speedy to reply and help you with any questions or issues.

I was a little nervous purchasing our first Ebikes on line, sight unseen, but was not disappointed. We've had them now for several weeks and love them! They are comfortable to ride and seem like very good quality!
Used the bike for about 30 km. I cruised at about 14 mph. The bike was stable and very comfortable. The ride without motor assistance surprising great. It is more comfortable than my cheap mountain bike and just as fast.
The delivery was very quick and the assembly was easy for me (I am very farmilar with bikes. ) There is nothing to add to the bike it comes with everything. I recommend it.
