isinwheel U2 500W Electric Cruiser Bike

We assembled the rest of the bike when it arrived, however I did take it into a local shop to get a once-over and they made a number of adjustments amd tightenings. I would recommend to anyone who orders a bicycle or ebike online, not just isinwheel, to have a professional do a once-over and a tune-up. Things get easily jostled during freight travel and shipping to your house and even if it left perfect from the manufacturer things can go out of whack real quick. For me, the cost of the service on top of the e-bike was worthwhile because it's also peace of mind. Years ago I had purchased a bicycle from the department store and had a wheel fly off, even though I tightened it by hand, but I didn't have a torque wrench. So, yeah, well worth it.
As for the U2 by isinwheel, I am in love with this electric assist bicycle. The shop I took it to even commented that it's a terrific starter ebike for anyone who may be nervous about getting back on a bicycle, let alone learning how to ride one. It's been years since I rode a regular bike and the first time I was on my new ebike, just to take it out for a first run before I took it into the shop, everything about it I just loved. The motor & throttle were responsive, gears worked pretty good except they need adjusting LOL, the brakes are fine as well they also needed adjusting. Overall, for someone pushing their 60s, I recommend this e-bike not just for the electric assist but also if you're charging the battery you can ride this as a regular old bicycle. Not recommended for heavy rain, though, but then I never rode in the rain anyway. I felt I did have to mention that because when you do write it as a regular bicycle the battery tray is exposed and you can't get it wet.

The bike arrived exactly when promised. It was easy to assemble. It rides very nicely and has lots of power. We are very satisfied with the bike
