After 120km I can say I like my m10 bike. I find it very comfortable and the motor seems to have lots of torque when you need it. It seems to be well built especially for the price. Customer service is very prompt within a few days and helpful.
The drawbacks pertain to the odometer screen I would have liked a clock and an ikon telling you the front light is on. Also the rear light is battery operated not rechargeable.
I was also disappointed in not being able to buy a rear rack since I do a lot of my shopping with my panniers.
Overall I'm very pleased with my bike and have recommended it to a few friend's

This E-bike is a great deal! I was initially a little skeptical of ordering it as it has 20" wheels and I am a 6'2", 235 lb man. After putting it together, which was not difficult, and taking it out for the first ride, I realized that it was perfect for me! The seat can be easily adjusted for my height and it rides extremely well in all pedal assist modes and in full electric mode. A great bike at a great price!

Didn't expect much, but received it and is more than I expected.
This ebike is very fun to enjoy, 5 speed to choose when E power is in use, padel assist is very smooth, battery last very long, gets me here and there, light weight, easy to mobilize, functionality is easy and useful. Definitely recommend to anyone purchase one from isinwheel , customer service is very reasonable through phone and email. , always offer support and quickly answering emails. ,great follow up service.
