Vélo cargo isinwheel U7 500 W

My daughter and I love to ride the bike. I had a problem with the brakes at the beginning, I took the bike to a bike shop to be fixed customer support covered the experience and now it’s all good.

I got the bike to take my kid to school. Ride it daily. I love the throttle and cruise control mode. I charge it once a week. Love all the built in feature.

This is the best e-bike. The motor assist works as well. It is heavier than I thought. Recommend the height from 5’ & above. It is great for up & down hill roads.

We have been looking at ebikes for quite some time, and even purchased and returned 4 from another company. Extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of this bike, amazing price point ,and beyond 5 star customer service from the staff. We have purchased 3 of the U2, and 2 of the U7. The girls seem to like the U2, while the big men in our family chose the U7. Each bike took less than an hour to assemble - very straightforward, and all tools are supplied. In over 40 years of import/export business myself, this product and company more than lives up to expectations.

I bought this bike to avoid summer road construction on my commute to work. Turns out I bought this bike to ride everywhere! I love cruising on it. Im 6'1 280 and this thing gets me wherever I need to go. I bought a seat for the rear cargo mount and ride my kids around, they can't get enough.
The bike seems very well built for the price. Ive had 2 people now ask me if I paid more than $2000. Only advice I'd give you. If you use the front cargo rack, get some Loctite to keep all your mounting hardware tight. I had a couple hex bolts shake loose on our very bumpy wisconsin trails.
I'd order again in a heartbeat and will be getting my son a GT2 scooter from isinwheel.com next.

I recently purchased an e-bike from your store. I want to leave a positive review about my experience. My expectations were fully met. The bike is very easy to use. It is fast and holds the road well. All my friends ask me where I bought this bike. I am happy to recommend your store to them. Everyone is surprised by the good price that really corresponds to the quality. It should also be mentioned that the delivery was fast. Everything arrived without damage.

So far, I love the bike. My son and husband put it together in about an hour, instructions and video were helpful. Supplied tools we a bit wimpy when tightening bolts, had to use our regular tools.

Great bikes U7 Isinwheel, very well packaged.
Had small issue but Isinwheel customer excellent response.
I add back aluminum carrier and few other accessories, one I add was hydra seat positives smoother ride.
Bought two of these bike for camping only!

Starting with packaging and build.
Very good packaging for shipment. Easy assembly. Build quality is good.

Love the integration of the front and rear lights, horn, and USB charger for phone.
Display is easy to read and easy to use.
Battery key system for activation and removal work great.
Keys are unique at least in the 2 bike I received. I painted the key and battery of one set to tell the difference. There is also a small engraved number that you can compare.
Frame has so many great spots for chain locks and attachments like baskets and bags.
The seat is a awesome starter seat for more comfortable rides. Seat flips up to add/remove battery.

Battery life is good especially if use mostly peddle assist.
If you are doing only a few miles/km here and there. You can likely go days, week between charges.
Battery charge port rotates out of way. Chargers work well.

With lights "off" the rear light activates when breaking which is really nice. When bike is on.
I haven't ridden at dark but rear light is plenty bright for daylight.
I can't tell if it gets brighter when braking with lights on.
Horn is nice and loud.

Small negative the trip meter resets Everytime bike is turned off.
Positive is the overall odometer doesn't.

There is a nice setting to turn "cruise control" on/off. I think "off" feels better especially if doing a lot of riding around pedestrians or sidewalks.
With it on, the assist will keep boosting while wheels continue to rotate. Example coasting.
With it off, it only activates with peddling. Which gives you more feeling of control.
Brakes work great and also cut boosting.

If you hold the negative button down while in zero peddle assist it give a tiny boost to help from dead stops o parked situations. Much gentler than using throttle on lowest setting.

If you crank on throttle from stopped it can buck up into a wheely. The peddle assist levels and throttle levels have a very defined and good limiter. 1-3 ~20kmh, 4-5 slightly ~30(I don't use higher settings frequently so don't quote value).

Most the time I stay in peddle assist 1-2 and gears 1-3. As I build up strength and endurance gears can adjust. Gear 1 is great for low effort even with no peddle assist. Which I'm really happy about. My last ebike became very challenging to move of battery was dead. I think the balance of these bikes are much better.

The fat tires do help soften and cushion a lot, but if there are a lot of bumps suspension still would be nice. Mostly a problem for cargo bags and baskets. As legs and seat help rider a lot. Recommend slowing for bumps if carrying weight in hanging bags/baskets. The ones that rest on racks will do better with more stability.
Rear panobags have plenty of areas to strap on to and stay out of gears and wheels.

I like that you will be able to purchase another battery or swap for a larger capacity as batteries improve as long as the case is the same and keep the same bikes.

Using throttle to cross the road/street is such a great feeling and really makes being near traffic much more manageable.

Handle bars are fairly comfortable with wide rest pads on ends.
If you are tall you will likely need to rotate the horn button up. I kept hitting it with my knee accidentally. Rotated up works well.
The left side of the light/horn buttons is fairly straight edge. Would be nicer if it was rounded as has been uncomfortable bumping it a few times.

I also ordered the helmets.
The rear light isn't great during the day. Night time much better.
Note one remote will activate multiple helmets.
Helmet is comfortable with a baseball cap style shade in front.
If you have short/no hair rear of helmet is a bit hard and id recommend a different helmet.

I definitely recommend these ebikes.
