isinwheel H7 Commuting Electric Scooter

This product filled a great need for me. I have been looking for easy transport for times when the family is out of town. This more than meets my needs. Easily assembled and charged. The suspension makes the ride smooth and the three speed modes make it easy for a first time scooter owner to safely travel out small town roads. Plenty of speed, a very good range, and a good price made this buy a no-brainer for me. Love the front and rear lights and didn't expect turn signals so that was a pleasant surprises. Solidly built, it is still light enough for me to lift up the one flight of stairs to my home. Great buy?

Took sometime with the assembly and some parts needed to be bend to fit but otherwise product is great. Runs really well and comfortable. Absolutely fun to ride. Great value for the money

The shipping was also very fast. I had a small issue with the side mirror, so I emailed customer service. They responded quickly and sent a replacement immediately without me having to follow up. I really appreciate their excellent customer service and how smoothly they handled my request.

I love my scooter! Really takes a load off my back for long treks with the kids and dogs. My only cahoot I have is the accelerator is touchy! I begin to ever so gently pull back the accelerator and it will jolt forward very suddenly giving whiplash to an already tormented spine. Also, be careful when you hit a bump because if you hit it too hard, the shocks send you bouncing to wonderland and when you hold on tighter for stability occidentally giving too much acceleration. I literally only drive 10-12mph, slowing down to 4mph when going up curbs and sidewalks. The other day I was going up the curb ands the shocks made me bounce, my hand bounced with the rest of me, sending the accelerator into a mode I wasn’t expecting and I almost ran off the curb and into the side of the truck. Maybe Isinwheel can come up with a new version where you need to use a bit more force in order to pull back the accelerator because right now I can literally use my thumb and first finger to move the accelerator back. That’s too easy making accidents more possible. But luckily I’m a very vigilant individual ands can adapt. I thank you for your product giving me new experiences.

Brakes will not stop squeaking and their customer service is a joke and just gives you a generic email once per day if you're lucky. I bought a scooter from them a year ago that showed up missing a front axle and it took over a month to get the missing part shipped out. I figured it was bad luck and tried again with this scooter and its just as disappointing as the last one. I will not ever buy anything from this company again
